Indoor wayfinding for large venues.
Atlas helps visitors find their way inside convention centres and hospitals, where GPS does not work and signs are often out of date.
Challenge
Indoor maps are complex and many visitors only use the app once.
Approach
Instead of a full map, the app shows step-by-step directions with landmarks such as cafés and escalators, and the map is one tap away.
Result
Visitors reached their destination faster in tests, and two venues have adopted Atlas as their default wayfinding tool.
