One app for trains, trams, bikes and scooters.
Move OS combines public transport, shared bikes and scooters in a single journey planner used by two million people. Each provider had its own logic, prices and rules.
Challenge
Combining providers without overwhelming users who just want to get from A to B on time.
Approach
We designed a journey view that shows one recommended route with clear alternatives, and a ticket wallet that hides provider differences behind a single payment step.
Result
Multi-provider journeys became the most used feature within a year, and app store ratings improved steadily after each release.
